Job Summary
The Operations Associate serves as the primary contact for callers and visitors to the Heffner Alumni House. The Operations Associate assists with event logistics and registration for all major alumni events and provides support for Alumni Engagement programs including student programs and alumni athletic programs.

Job Summary
The Operations Associate serves as the primary contact for callers and visitors to the Heffner Alumni House. Education: HS Diploma or GED Experience: 2 years of related experience or relevant combination of experience, education and/or training Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills Ability to operate a personal computer and demonstrate proficiency in office suite software (MS Office or equivalent) Ability to perform basic mathematical functions Knowledge of alpha/numeric filing systems Ability to function in an office environment and perform a broad range of diverse duties Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population
Shift
Business Hours with weekends or evenings occasionally required
Travel
Local travel between campus locations only
Driving
Incidental driving possible, but not required
Salary Range/Rate
Expected hiring range: $18.00 Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer’s good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting.
