Coordinate and maintain a program which protects the integrity of Ball State University through compliance with

NCAA

, Mid-American Conference, and university regulations by student-athletes, coaches, Ball State University employees, and representatives of Ball State University’s athletic interests.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Minimum Experience

Three years of experience in

Division I compliance.

Maintain within Ball State University’s Department of Intercollegiate Athletics a culture of compliance with NCAA, Mid-American Conference, and university regulations through effective provision of continuing rules education for all Ball State Department of Intercollegiate Athletics employees; support the development and provision of a compliance orientation program for all new Ball State Department of Intercollegiate Athletics employees; support the development and provision of continuing rules education for Ball State university student-athletes; support development and provision of rules education for representatives of Ball State University’s athletics interests. |

Participate in the development and implementation of Intercollegiate Athletics compliance and eligibility policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with all NCAA and MAC regulations, including but not limited to analyzing athletics compliance enforcement issues. |
