Leads and/or assists on day-to-day execution of on-going and upcoming sales cycles and ticket promotions, content launches, and other athletic initiatives. Identifies opportunities for community outreach, campus integration and student engagement. Develop products for sales team that enhance season, group and single-event ticket sales. Manage digital marketing efforts, including but not limited to: email marketing, data analysis, monitoring of digital channels and managing communications calendar. Collaboration across external units for timely execution.
40% - Essential - Fan Experience:
Responsible for in-venue experience for Clemson Men's Basketball and other assigned sports. Develop and execute all aspects of game presentation, including but not limited to: Run-of-Show, in-game entertainment, videoboard content/show, music, special effects, integration of cheer, dance and band, hiring and management of on-site talent (PA, DJ, In-Venue Hosts), giveaways, student section coordination, and add-on experiences. Collaborate with CAPCO team on in-game assets and successfully execute to ensure partner satisfaction.
10% - Essential - Supervision and Budget Oversight:
Manages day-to-day marketing budget for assigned sports/programs.
Provides supervision and training to graduate assistants and marketing interns throughout year.
10% - Essential - Other:
Manage relationships with coaching staffs and external units. Clearly communicate plans and means of execution to all necessary parties.
Education - Bachelor's Degree - Relevant experience in marketing and fan experience
