SUMMARY:
The Director of Sports Performance is responsible for the design, organization and implementation of complete strength and conditioning program(s) for all University Athletics programs/teams. Primary Oversight of Sports Performance Space and Sports Performance Staff Development. Primary Coordinator of Development for all Olympic Sports Teams. Secondary Role of Oversight/guidance to Football Sports Performance coach and assist as needed in execution of program development. Instructs student-athletes in the safe and correct execution of all parameters of resistance training and conditioning exercises in order to obtain the desired results and goals while also ensuring compliance with NCAA and University rules and regulations.
