 Northern State is accepting applications for an assistant softball coach. Primary duties include onfield coaching and training and recruiting elite student-athletes. The assistant coach will assist with all aspects of a NCAA Division II softball program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  assisting with scouting, recruiting, coaching, practice and game scheduling, and the administration of team budgets;  promoting/working NSU summer camps; developing and maintaining effective interaction with students, colleagues, university staff, alumni, media, and the community; * knowledge of and commitment to compliance with all NCAA, NSIC and University rules and regulations as well as dedication to full academic development of student-athletes; * performing other duties as assigned. Preferred candidate will have experience with video editing, game analysis, graphic design, and creating/managing new technology (e.g., social media, video highlights).
